Prospecting and Recruiting
Consider that prospecting and recruiting has everything to do with how successful you will be in your business. Ask yourself if your business is where you want it to be. Have you achieved the goals that you set out to achieve in your business? If not, the first place to look is how you're prospecting and recruiting. Now, prospecting and recruiting has to do with two skill sets: 1) Generating leads. You can't prospect if you do not have someone to approach about your business program, products, or services. So, ask yourself: "Am I generating enough leads for myself?" If you answer that question honestly, you probably are not generating enough leads for yourself. If that is the case, consider getting a

to learn how you can. 2) Your language skills. Do you really know what to say to people about your business program, products or services when you approach them? I say the following respectively because I know we all work hard: Most network marketers do not know what to say when they approach people. To make matters worse, most network marketers are not aware that they do not know what to say when they approach people. Avoid falling into (or staying in) this catch 22. Instead, get some training on how to approach people without pitching, convincing or selling them on something. The added benefit of learning the "language of network marketing" is you will greatly reduce, even possibly eliminate, experiencing rejection. You see there is a way to prospect people without them even knowing that you are prospecting them! How? It's called
"Selling By Attraction"
and it's by far the most meaningful recommendation that I make to all the network marketers with whom I work and have the pleasure of meeting. So, do yourself a favor and check out the
